Some periods have longer minimum stay times. i.e. Christmas/New year weekly stays and some long weekends/and special events 3 day minimum stays. Special Event Weekends, long weekends, school holidays and some public holidays are charged at Peak Season - POA.
One off cleaning fee of $65 applies (negotiable if you bring your own linen - please enquire)
