Description

This house sits on Napier Hill with amazing views out over the sea towards Cape Kidnappers and over Hawkes Bay. It has plenty of room for 2 families or group of friends and it is only 5 minutes walk down the hill to Napiers Art Deco centre.
There are two lounges down stairs, a dining room and a great entertainer's kitchen with a large oven with gas hobs, and large fridge with ice maker and water dispenser. French doors off the kitchen and family room lead onto a covered deck with sweeping views over the bay. There is also a double bedroom down stairs with its own ensuite.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom, two single bedrooms and a bedroom with twin beds with an ensuite. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and toilet. Four of the bedrooms have a view of the sea and Hawkes bay.
