Description
Prime beach front, spacious holiday home on elevated section. Open plan living with full length windows in conservatory. 2 bathrooms with shower, basins and toilets; one with bath. Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, laundry, TV, stereo, phone, 2 fridges, freezer, fireplace, BBQ. Large flat lawn at sea level suitable for tents, boats and parking. The house would be suitable for 2 families with its 2 bathrooms and large deck space, 3 separate decks. Porangahau Beach has 13kms of wide sandy beach, popular for swimming, surfing, surfcasting, boat fishing and land yachting. Beach access is directly infront of our house. The beach settlement includes a 9 hole golf course and recently completed astro turf tennis courts ( 3 of ) at the Country Club (weekend evening meals in the height of the season), dairies, fishing charters and a marine shop. Porangahau township, 7kms inland, boasts a historical hotel with a well renowned restaurant.
