Description
Enjoy a one night Bed & Breakfast stay or an awesome family holiday. Just over an hour's drive north of Gisborne or 3.5 hours from Opotiki. It is rich in history and an idyllic haven for all season's fun at the beach or just relax in the sun and enjoy. Great fishing, surfing, swimming, diving, kayaking, bush walks, pa sites, and boat ramps. Boat charters, horse treks and history tours can be arranged. Opportunities may present to participate in Maori cultural activities.
Our spacious open plan colonial style Holiday Home is a very comfortable home away from home.
2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the shops, card phone, ATM and the local Sportsclub. Cell phone coverage.
Dine at the central seaside Te Puka Tavern and take in the elevated panoramic view and the warm hospitality of the locals. Internet cafe available.
Hot pool 11 km north to Te Puia Springs and golf course another 3 kms.

| Comments: | Spacious main bedroom with double wardrobe, drawers/mirror, double bed and single trundler bed and still room for the cot stored in the garage. Bedroom 2 has a set of bunks which can convert to 2 singles, wardrobe and drawers. All beds have electric blankets, underblanket, pillow and duvet. Extra bedding available and should you have left your bed linen behind we can supply at a small charge. |

“Very good standard of accommodation, comfortable, clean, secure, private, nice & cool on hot summer days & nights because of security doors, great kitchen facilities, heaps of space for our family of 3 adults and 3 children, bikes, toys, parking space for 3 cars including garage, TV & DVD for family entertainment; close to the beach. Our family have been using the back unit as our holiday home for the past 4-5 years. We enjoy the easy access to the beach, plenty of places for the kids to play, the range of activities for the whole family, including eating out at the local pub. We recommend the fish & chips – delicious! You can be as busy or as laid back as you choose! Bring plenty of sunscreen and a hat! “
