Description

Waimarama's long stretches of sandy beach are ideal for walking, jogging, swimming, surfing and fishing. With Vodafone coverage, a family friendly Restaurant/Cafe/Bar and a general store which has fantastic Fish & Chips, DVD hire, groceries, petrol and liquor. What more could you want? Twenty minutes drive from Havelock North, past the spectacular Craggy Range winery and within easy reach of the many Hawke Bay attractions.

This is a charming, relaxed 107 square metre beach cottage built in 1958 and totally renovated in 2008 by renown local designer Andy Coltart. Five minutes walk to the lifeguard patrolled area of the beach and public domain and 50 metres to the local store. The building comprises of open plan kitchen and living with french doors on to the front verandah. One queen bedroom, one king bedroom with one single bed and a 4 berth bunk room. The king bed unzips to make 2 single beds if required. One bathroom with toilet,bath and shower over bath and heated towel rail. Separate laundry with second toilet and heated outside shower. Facilities include dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, stove, washing machine, dryer, BBQ & outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels supplied. CafeNET wireless internet.
