Description

Maraetotara Valley Lodge is a four bedroom, two bathroom property in its own lifestyle block nestling in the hills between Havelock North Village and Waimarama Beach. The lodge also comprises a full kitchen, lounge/dining room, games room and large deck facing north. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, trampoline, BBQ and bikes outside while in the games room there is a pool/snooker table, table tennis and darts along with board games and books.

In close vicinity is the Maraetotara Falls with its riverside walk and river swimming as well as the Maraetotara Scenic Reserve and the beautiful and peaceful Mohi Bush reserve. Along side the Mohi Bush reserve is Wairunga with its nine hole golf course, croquet lawn and lawn tennis facilities. Waimarama beach is just a ten minute drive away with long sandy beach and fully licensed Surfside Café, jet boats and Maori Heritage site while the much wilder Ocean beach is just thirty minutes away.
