Description

Having recently transformed this 2 bedroom house into a 4 bedroom home, the owners have converted downstairs into a stand alone 2 bedroom house. Set in a superb location only minutes from the white sands of Waimarama Beach you will have your own 2 bedroom piece of paradise.

You will have all the comforts of home with full kitchen facilities, and 2x spacious bedrooms, nice open plan dining/lounge opens out to an undercover deck perfect for shading from the hot sun, or have an evening bbq/drink with the night lights glowing. The section has space for the kids to have a kick around, even maybe a game of cricket. The shop is only a short drive away with a local café for those latte lovers.

From Waimarama it is easy to visit Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and Cape kidnappers. The region offers great beaches, good fishing, superb wineries, boutique shops, fine restaurants and golf courses plus plenty to keep the kids entertained.
