“Wow. What a magic spot. We hired upstairs and down for 2 families, and had an amazing time. Stepping off the backyard, down the steps and onto one of the best beaches in NZ. Does it get any better than this? This unit downstairs was lovely, tidy and comfortable! Lots of big windows/ranchslider … very bright and quiet. “What a great spot ! Fantastic Accomodation and fully equipped with everything you would need , we utilised upstairs and downstairs for 3 families and Grandparents . Access to the Beach down the stairs was a bit tricky after heavy rain but other than that it was perfect. The New Four Square is also wellstocked and reasonably priced which means next time we won’t bring piles of food up with us !”

“What can I say! we stayed on ground level of the house. It had your basic necesities and thats all you need really. The rest is just pure joy! We love the fact it could accommodate our dogs. Really enjoy our stay hence we stayed and extra nite. Would recomend to those who are lon a budget and really want to soak up the view and peacefulness, meet a few locals and the abundance of seafood around. You can pick pipis from the beach at low tide. 5 mins from Maunganui shops, good fishnchip adjecent to the town bar, may not look like much but hey value for money an not grease. The other one on the wharf not to bad a tad pricey! The owners are lovely to deal with, so in saying that! I will definately want to go back! Thank you Sue! A++ “
