TARIFF
Peak season charges apply from 1 Dec to 1 March and the week of Easter. 10% deposit for all bookings.

Property A, Hill Cottage: 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6
Bedroom 1 Queen bed. Bedroom 2: 2 single King beds. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds.
All electric, wood fire and electric heater, no TV or washing machine. Unsuitable for very small children or infirm adults due to external stairs. Bed linen and towels not supplied. Duvets and pillows provided.

Tariff Peak Season: $270 per night, reduced to $255 per night for stay of 7 nights or longer. For maximum of 6 persons. Additional persons, adults or children, are charged $35 per person per night; this includes persons staying in caravans or tents in garden.

Tariff Off-Season: $170 per night, reduced to $155 per night for stay of 7 nights or longer. For maximum of 6 persons. Additional persons, adults or children are charged $35 per person per night; this includes persons staying in caravans or tents in garden.

Property B, The Shearers: 1 bed-sitting room, kitchenette, bathroom. Sleeps 4: 1 Queen bed and 2 singles. All electric, electric heater, no TV or washing machine. Bed linen and towels not supplied. Duvets and pillows provided.

Tariff Peak Season: $105 per night for 4 persons. Additional persons, adults or children are charged $35 per person per night and must bring own tent.
Tariff Off-Season: $85 per night for 4 persons. Additional persons, adults or children are charged $35 per person per night and must bring own tent.

Property C: Homestead Cabins: Two adjacent to the homestead; each with 1 bedroom (Queen bed, linen provided), large kitchen-lounge with sofa bed. Each cabin will sleep 2 - 4 people. No TV or washing machine. (bed linen, bedding and towels provided)

Tariff Peak Season: $170 per night, for 2 persons, reduced to $155 per night for stay of 7 nights or longer. Additional persons, adults or children, are charged $35 per person per night.
Tariff Off-Season: $130 per night, for 2 persons, reduced to $115 per night for stay of 7 nights or longer. Additional persons, adults or children, are charged $35 per person per night.

Description

Located on a large coastal farm only 40 minutes drive from Russell. Elliot Bay is a beautiful private beach with breathtaking scenery. A view of this bay featured on a NZ postage stamp in the 1980's. Swimming for all ages, fishing, boating (public boat ramps in sheltered waters nearby). Bush walking for all ages, walks on the farm, or to Whangamumu Harbour, or the challenge of the track to Cape Brett. Magnificent views from the Hill Cottage and Homestead Units. More modest but comfortable accommodation in The Shearers. Relax in the perfect secluded getaway at any time of the year.
