Description

Lovely relaxed house to have the family come to stay in picturesque Langs Beach. The beach is Pohutakawa lined with golden sand and unforgettable beach walks hearing watching the bluest of oceans. The sea can range from gently lapping to surfing waves, perfect for boogie boarding. Easy access to the beach and tennis courts. Great indoor/outdoor area with plenty of space to lounge on the deck in the sun with a cold drink or book. North and south facing decks to catch the sun and warming breeze. Large house with room to move and get away. Plenty of space for cars, boats and other toys. Needless to say, absolutely fantastic views.

Easy access to two golf clubs, boat launching and community shopping. During the summer there is a mobile coffee and ice cream van.

Plenty of games, books and puzzles for those overcast days. Walks of varying lengths and difficulty readily available. The Bream Tail walk, from just out the back door, to Mangawhai Heads is world class. Alternatively walk to Waipu Cove, grab a coffee and get the morning paper!
