Mod season 20 Jan-April Sept -midDec $250 per night 4 people Plus $25 extra p.p. per night. Available easter $1100 min + $75 cleaning
Weekend option $425 for upto 4 adults. Each extra adult $25 per person per night arrive anytime fri afternoon leave by 5 pm on the sunday.
School holiday sept /oct $750 for 5-6 days Cleaning is $50 for any holiday let.

Langs Beach 200-250 metres walk to the beach You can hear the waves.......Can take 2 Families. Fantastic waterviews can see From Whangarei Heads to Hen & chicks from wrap around decks. 4 bedroom Home with euro kitchen bi-fold doors and ranch sliders opening onto sunny wrap around decks.House comprises of Master bedroom and two other bedrooms divided by concertina wall (so can be 1 huge bedroom if req, Bathroom, kitchen, lounge (which has 2 double sofa beds) Plus the Studio which is separate to the house by a boardwalk which has a double bed /shower/ toilet and sep deck. Outdoor funiture is supplied large out door table with 8 chairs gas webber bbq large beach umbrella
