Easter, Queens Birthday & Labour weekend - $300.00 per night(Minimum 3 nights);
Balance of year $190.00 per night;
Minimum 2 nights;
Tariffs are for 6 people, $20.00 each additional person.
Cleaning charge $50.00 up to 7 days, $75.00 for longer stays.

Description

Langs Beach- A piece of paradise only 90 minutes north of Auckland.
The house features a large north facing deck including an undercover patio area with BBQ and outdoor furniture for all season use. Tranquil views of native bush and farmland and a peep of the ocean.
There are three double bedrooms, sleeping up to eight people. Two bathrooms and three toilets. Bathrooms have tiled floors with underfloor heating and heated towel rails.
The living area is open plan with a designer kitchen which includes microwave, dishwasher, waste-master, gas hob, wall oven and has an air-conditioning unit. Adjoining is the lounge and dining area, which is fully equipped with television, free to air decoder, DVD player, stereo, sky satellite dish (need to take own decoder).
There is an internal double garage which has an additional toilet, washing machine and clothes rack.
A 3 minute drive north to Waipu Cove will have you sitting in “The Beach House”, which is a fine dining licensed restaurant, or just buying provisions from a well stocked Shop / Delicatessen. A further five to ten minute drive will put you right in the heart of Waipu.
