This property is situated at the end of Wairahi Rd at Langs Beach. This house is a luxurious newly and fully furnished executive home. It has a main sun deck overlooking Bream Bay. There is a sun deck off the master bedroom also with sea views and a deck at the back of the house overlooking the country side.
Walk down to beautiful sandy beach via grassed pathway.
Langs Beach is a very popular resort in the Summer especially for swimming, surfing,jet boating, water skiing and fishing, or simply taking a casual stroll along the beach. Water ski tows and fishing charters can be easily arranged. There is a golf course 15 minutes South for visitors interested in golf. In the Winter months, except for public holidays, Langs Beach returns to being a quiet and peaceful resort.
The Cove Store, cafe & restaurant are a 5 minute drive and the Waipu Village is 10 minutes away, offers a variety of shops, Pizza Barn and restaurant. It features the Waipu Museum which provides interesting entertainment discussing the history of the early settlers.
Langs Beach is approximately 90 minutes North from Auckland City and approximately 30 minutes South from Whangarei township.
