High season: Dec-Feb, Easter & Public holiday weekends: $375.00/night $2500 week min stay
Mid season: Mar-up to Easter & School Holidays not included above, November :$275.00/night-$1750.00 week
Low Season: all other times $250.00 per night or by arrangement
THESE RATES ARE FOR UP TO 7 PEOPLE. $20 PER HEAD FOR EACH EXTRA PERSON, UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE.
Cleaning fee & bond also applicable.

Description

Situated at Mangawhai Heads, just 400mtrs to Surf beach, and 'Picnic Bay', with absolutely amazing views over the 'Bar', Harbour, and as far down the coast to Parkiri, the top of the Coromandel, Little and Great Barrier Islands. Watch the sunrise off the extensive deck, while having breakfast at the outdoor dining table.
Sit in the spa pool and take in the beautiful outdoor fire or just relax and watch the surfers on the bar, or any of the other things you will see with this fabulous view. Have a fun game of 'petanque' on the deck, or just sunbathe in this very private and secluded place. Just a short 5min drive to the fabulous Mangawhai 'links golf'course. Described as 'The Augusta of the North'. Local restaurant/ cafes and gallerys available within minutes. In addition, if your planning a winter holiday, the warm cosy fire is very inviting. Parking for 3cars or 2cars and boat.
