Summer season mid December to February + long holiday weekends $150 per night. March, April, October & November $125 per night and balance of year $100 per night. Periods one week and over negotiable.
Christmas and New Year holidays $250 per night for min 2 weeks otherwise $275 per night.

Description

The property consists of a flat 880 square metre site on which is located a warm, comfortable and solid house with polished rimu floors providing what past tenants have described as a lovely atmosphere. It is a prime location on the cliff overlooking the estuary and sea in Robert Street, Mangawhai Heads which is approx. 1.5 hours or 110 kms from Auckland city. Adjacent the site is a council provided stairway to the sandy and safe estuary beach and 2-3 minutes walk are located a range of shops including cafes/restaurants. One of the best golf courses in Northland and a bowling green are situated within walking distance. Numerous walks are available plus a surf beach free of housing.
