$150/night Public Holiday weekends for 8 people, $10/night extra for each person.
Special - Off peak - (not school/public holidays) 3 weekday nights Monday - Thursday total $240 plus $10/night extra for each person.
$300/night for 8 people.$10/night extra for each person during Christmas holiday peak season from 20 Dec - 8 Jan then

Description
Large 200 sq metre sunny four bedroom home with huge outdoor deck with gas bbq and outdoor furniture. Three living areas with TV, video, stereo (Please supply your own CDs),Kent fireplace. Ample off road parking, fully fenced level property. Kitchen well equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Highchair and portable cot available.
Enough space for two families to have fun together with the kids.
Bathroom - 2 separate showers and vanities, 1 separate toilet, separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Only 1 1/2 hour drive North of Auckland, this home is in a quiet area, private yet only a two minute walk to the local village shops, bakery, 4-square shop, butcher, cafes, takeaways, restaurants, petrol station, Tavern, tidal estuary, and boat ramp. Close to tennis courts. 5 minute drive to golf and bowling clubs and beautiful surf beaches. Relax and enjoy with family and friends.
Why not organise a group for a golfing/fishing trip/walking weekend with lots of places to explore or a ladies break. Sample Bennetts Chocolate Factory cafe, Smashed Pipi or Frog & Kiwi cafe all within walking distance
