A 200 metre walk to the renowned Mangawhai Heads Links Golf Course and Bowls Club and to the bars, cafes, restaurants and shops close by. A very short walk down to the all tide swimming lagoon and beach, with amazing walks and water sports for all the family.
Open plan kitchen/dining and living area with in door outdoor living to the north and west are sun-drenched with a separate lounge providing excellent space for everyone. Carbon filtered tap water for safety. House is professionally cleaned after each visit. Large flat section provides wonderful private space for the kids to play and plenty of parking.
