Description
Round House Mill Bay has plenty of room to move around and relax. Enjoy the view from upstairs while lounging, eating or cooking.
Inside has recently been renovated: It's clean and tidy with the outside a little unfinished. Don’t let this put you off enjoying the space, views and early morning sunshine as price is reduced to reflect this.
There are 3 separate levels allowing privacy and space as well as rooms to come together. The top level is the living area with full kitchen facilities, dining and lounge.
Middle level has large bedroom and bathroom.
Lower and entry level has a big bedroom, second toilet, laundry and another lounge, with two single beds: great place for the noisy ones while those upstairs take it easy.
There's off road parking and room for your boat. We are less than 1km to Mill Bay’s sheltered boat ramp and a stunning ten minute walk to Mangonui village for cafes, garden bar, fish’n’chips and superette.
Doubtless Bay has many beautiful clean beaches and over to the west is Ninety Mile Beach for surf & sunset, heading north is sand dunes, Spirits Bay and Cape Reinga and more!
