The layout is on one level with 3 good sized bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, and laundry down the hall. A large lounge room, kitchen/dining area.

The property enjoys 15 acres of rolling paddocks with fruit trees, olives, clumps of bush.

Plenty of room for kids to play, make huts, fish and explore the water's edge.

Pets welcome but not in the house.

There is an all tide access boat ramp approximately 300 metres away and the harbour provides sheltered deep water anchorage.

This property is perfect for holiday makers who enjoy a bit of peace and quiet with their beachside holiday.

Nestled on the Oakura coast, Whangaruru is the jewel in the crown. Situated on the western side of Whangaruru Harbour, just 3 hours drive from Auckland. 54 kilometers to Whangarei and handy to the Bay of Islands, Whangaruru is 10 minutes drive from Oakura where extra supplies, petrol, gas are available.

The Oakura coast and Whangaruru Harbour area offers a magnificent array of sheltered sandy beaches with sheltered swimming for the kids plus great fishing and diving.
