Description

This is a 2 storey house with sea views, double garage with laundry washing machine/dryer, two decks, gas barbeque, outdoor furniture. Carpet throughout. Upstairs sleeps 8 bathroom with shower, hand basin, heated towel rails. Separate toilet with hand basin. Kitchen is fully equiped, stove, microwave, dishwasher fridge/freezer. Lounge opens out to large deck. Freeview connected. Overhead fans in the bedrooms and lounge. Downstairs sleeps 3. comprises a fully self contained unit, opens out to deck. Freeview TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Beach is 50 metres walk [no crossing a road].
Oakura Bay is sheltered from ocean swells by several outlying islands which make for very safe swimming for all ages. The beach features clean white sand with generous access ,rom the road for half of its length. There's plenty to do and explore ranging from long beach walks, playing in the sand, swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, kayaking, exploring Goat Island through to climbing around the Southern rocks to a huge rock pool. For boaties, Oakura is a gateway to paradise. From water skiing in the harbour, exploring beautiful unpopulated bays through to coastal diving and fishing or venturing out to the famous Poor Knights Islands.
