Description
Modern new beach house with stunning views of the harbour, sandhills and out to the harbour entrance. All new appliances and fittings with a large gallery kitchen fully equipped with marble tiles and stainless steel benches. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with leather lounge suite and dining chairs. Modern clean bathroom and ensuite.
Across the road from the beach yet an elevated site which maximises the stunning view. Large deck to sit back and relax and enjoy the sun and views.
The drive is all concreted with enough room to park the boat, the boat ramp is at Opononi
Within walking distance of Opononi where you can enjoy a great meal, go to the sandhills, swim in the sea
