Description

Comfortable beach home a minute from the waters edge. Great views, ample parking for cars and boats. Good deck with barbeque so enjoy outdoor dining or just lounging in the sunshine. A heat pump takes care of those odd chilly moments and winters days can be brilliant.

Great area for fishing, diving, sailing or just relaxing. Safe all day swimming.
Good DOC walks with amazing views of the Bay of Islands.
20 minute drive on a sealed road to Kerikeri with its restaurants, up to the minute shopping and historic Stone Store and Kemp House. Good golf course, bowling green and tennis facilities.

Listen to the kiwis calling at night - we are in the middle of a kiwi zone. Watch for them when you are driving on the road at night - they are not traffic wise.
