1st May 2013 to 20th Dec 2013 $200 per night.

Tariffs are for up to 3 persons. Extra quests $25 each.
We reserve the right to increase the minimum night stay especially during peak season. Also in some circumstances accept 1 night stays.

Description

This modern, luxuriously furnished self contained home is nestled in a bush-clad hillside in Paihia, Northland, New Zealand. Known as the 'Winterless North,' the Bay of Islands is a cluster of over 144 islands.

This 3 double bedroom home is tastefully furnished with quality fittings. Beach views are from the main lounge and 3 separate decks. Is fully self-contained, modern and spacious. Perfect for a large family or even two families.

This home features a full kitchen with stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Other extras - double garage for cars, and linen supplied.
Close to all amenities, only a 7 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Is on the doorstep to big game fishing, cruising the many tranquil islands, Waitangi, adventure activities or just relaxing on the beach.
