Description

Waikonini is a 3000 sq ft, new contemporary holiday home in Te Uenga, Parekura Bay, with stunning views of the five most popular islands in the Bay of Islands. The bay itself is sheltered by bush clad hills and is only twenty kilometres from Russell by road or by boat.

The house, which is set in colourful sub-tropical gardens, comprises a huge open plan living area with large expanses of glass looking out to sea or back toward the bush clad hills.
Te Uenga in Parekura Bay is usually several degrees warmer than forecasts because of its unique location. High hills surround the bay making for a sheltered sub-tropical microclimate.
