Description

This purpose built luxury home has been designed for those that prefer comfort and relaxation to camping and chaos! Furnished for four but best enjoyed by two, the upstairs features a gourmet kitchen, a huge walk in shower and 5 metres of bifold doors that open the entire living room corner to 27 sqm of spacious balcony and outdoor living. From here you can enjoy 200 degrees of viewing pleasure – from the inner Rangaunu Harbour and Mt Camel to the North Cape, you can lose days soaking up the view.

The home is equipped with quality furniture, appliances, kitchenware and furnishings. It also features many eco-friendly design features such as solar water heating, energy and water saving appliances, DVS ventilation and cooling.

Upstairs is intended for adult luxury living. Downstairs has 2 single bedrooms, a rumpus area and separate bathroom for the kids.

Comments:	The apartment has a stunning upstairs bathroom with huge feature walk in shower, big enough for two! There is also a separate bathroom downstairs which houses the laundry facilities.

Other Restrictions:	Note that water is tank supply - you will be asked to conserve water. All linen supplied on first day, fully self-service beyond this. You will need to fully clean the house before departure and leave it in the condition that it was presented to you in, including removing all rubbish and recycling.
