A small estuary provides a safe swimming area for those not willing to tackle the sometimes rugged Northlands surf beach. Bordered by a picnic area and swing park, and an unspoilt native bird sanctuary, this is the perfect playground for the whole family. For the more adventurous, there is great fishing either off the beach or by boat (charters available) out to the Hen & Chicks, an 18-hole golf course 10 minutes drive away in Waipu, tennis courts for hire and excellent beach walks.The home is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, outdoor furniture and BBQ, outside shower etc. A great upstairs room provides 360° views of the ocean and surrounding areas.The house is perfect for relaxed indoor or outdoor living, and is suitable for groups of up to 8 persons
