The top floor has open plan living with a designer kitchen, including a walk in butlers pantry, island bench, for casual eating, and top quality appliances.
The lounge opens on to expansive decking with a dedicated BBQ area.

The middle floor has three bedrooms all with luxury en suite bathrooms and the views out over the Bay of Islands are as spectacular as the top floor.

Imagine waking up each morning to see dolphin at play in the Bay below and the serenity of the sound of the ocean that only coastal living can bring.

The lower floor has yet another bedroom with own bathroom and adjoins a family lounge with great TV and sound system.

The floor to ceiling Bi fold doors, on all levels, merge the outdoor terrace space seamlessly into the living areas.

Blue Oasis can also arrange for an executive chef to prepare a gourmet delight in your own kitchen.

We have a Russell waterfront mooring available.
