Description
The Boatshed, IOB built in 1996, is a selfcontained unit separate from the main house with views over Orongo Bay. It offers peaceful,easy holiday living five minutes drive from Russell village. A walk down the hill through the native bush leads to secluded bay with wonderful rock scrambles,
swimming and sunbathing opportunities. The kitchen / dining area is open plan surrounded by a large deck with bathroom / laundry facility on the same level. The three bedrooms are on the second level. Amentities include TV, Stereo, gas heater, washing machine, barbecue and fish smoker for the fish caught off the rocks below
