Super family holiday home, located on a pristine stretch of coast with a fabulous choice of beaches. Set in 16 acres of paddocks, fruit trees and protected native bush, the property has a pretty stream perfect for paddling. The house is completely private with a tranquil outlook from the decks onto lawn, small fruit trees and the front paddock. It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ and a log burner for warm winter nights. The garden has a swing, play tree and see saw.
The property is 12 minutes flat walk (2 min drive) to Sandy Bay, one of the best surf beaches in the country. The beach also has a safe, shallow stream, a swing and rock pools for children. Nearby Matapouri has a dairy and takeaways. Ngunguru has a sports complex, great fish and chips and a cafe. And beautiful Tutukaka is the gateway to the world famous Poor Knights, charter boats, deep sea fishing and diving and home to the famous Snapper Rock Cafe.
