Peak Time (Dec 11 to 28/29 Feb): $375/night.

Shoulder Time (Mar 1st to May 17, Sept 25th to Dec 10th): $195/night for 2 persons.

Low season, May 18th to 24th Sept, $150/night -

$20/night each extra adult. Extra children 5-15 $10-00/child/night Children under 5 -  no charge.

Easter & Labour Weekends: High Season rate. (minimum 3 night stay)
Queens Birthday Weekend: Shoulder Season rate.

More than 6 nights - price negotiable.

Cleaning fee of $55 applies.

"Pantsaison y Mor" Holiday Home has it all!

50m to popular surf beach Sandy Bay, Northland - modern character house.

Grandstand panoramic views from this unique house on slightly elevated property, ringed with Pohutukawa trees and perimeter planting giving privacy. Open ground floor with first floor bedrooms, ablutions and upper deck off gallery area above.

Doors to large decks on two levels and large deck roof overhangs keep interiors cool in summer. Good insulation/cosy wood-burner warm all living/bedroom areas, winter. Stretch out on a divan with a book enjoying, maybe, stormy outdoor conditions. Or - walk along the beach on clear, sunny, winter days.

Summer evenings relax over BBQ dinners around the campfire.

Games and bunkroom/mezzanine sleeping with kitchenette alcove and access to separate ablutions areas, separated from main living areas. Games-room has table tennis, dart-board, stereo, small TV/VCR combo, DVD player, children's VCR tapes,some DVDs, 2 paddle/surf boats, life jackets, many boogie-boards - all sizes, comfortable seating area - all warmed in winter by electric heaters

Tutukaka Surf lessons, boards/wetsuits hire opposite house.

Safe swimming. Minutes to Tutukaka Marina/cafes - big game fishing, renowned Poor Knights Island and wreck diving.
