Cancellation Policy

Deposit
In order to confirm a reservation, written confirmation is required immediately with a 30% deposit. The balance is required 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking, the following applies:

30% of the total cost will be charged if cancellation is received within 30 days prior to date of reservation.

For cancellations within 7 days of arrival the booking is non-refundable.

Indulge all of your senses while staying at one of the most beautiful coastal holiday homes in New Zealand.

Relax in the infinity-edge swimming pool, enjoy a Jacuzzi that slides out on tracks to enhance the view and an outdoor shower area with toilet!

The main house interior has views from all 3 bedrooms and the stunning open plan lounge/kitchen area with entertainment centre featuring a Bose surround system. There is also a gallery with crow's nest.

Your extra guests can be accommodated in the sleepout attached to the garage. This building also has a shower room, laundry and kitchenette.

Facilities also include a Helicopter landing pad.
