Description

Te Ngaere Bay is a small and beautiful bay. It is sunny, warm and sheltered (having its own "microclimate").

The house is north facing, spacious and on a flat section. It has a huge sunny deck with panoramic views, as do all the rooms (2 lounges, 3 bedrooms and a bunk room. There are bathrooms both upstairs & down). Cross a grassy reserve in front of the house and you are on a sandy beach.

Te Ngaere Bay is perfect for safe swimming, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing and/or kayaking. Its part of the larger Wainui Bay, great for boating and fishing and now and again gets visited by dolphins. There is a creek at one end of Te Ngaere beach suitable for launching boats.

The Cavalli Islands are very close and the final resting place for the Rainbow Warrior - a must for scuba divers!
