Description

A modern two storeyed home only 100 metres from the surf with attractive views from a large deck. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and large kitchen/living area which leads onto a large covered deck with good views and b-b-q. There are 2 fridge/freezers. Downstairs there is a large basement bedroom, extra bathroom/laundry and covered parking for two cars. Teal Bay is an attractive small, safe swimming bay with boat launching in the estuary, 45 minutes drive from Whangarei and about an hour from Russell in the Bay of Islands. Closest shops are at Oakura (10 minute drive). Also the Helena Bay Art Gallery and Cafe are 10 minutes drive back up the Helena Bay hill.
