Description

The Little Blue House at Waipu is situated in a quiet rural location, close to the convergence of the river, estuary and sea. The estuary is only a 300m walk across the fields, with sandy beach and safe swimming for the kids. The surf beach can be accessed by walking another 200m across the estuary, or popular Waipu Cove is a 3 minute drive away.

The property features 3 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and shower/bath, separate shower and modern kitchen. The house is simply furnished in an uncluttered manner, and very clean. The spacious lounge with TV/DVD has french doors opening onto large deck with rural and sea views, and all day sunshine. The flat yard and garden is ideal for kids to play in, and can accommodate tents (on application). The lockup garage can fit up to 3 vehicles, boats etc.

Apart from the magnificent beaches, the area offers walks, horse riding, caves with glow worms, great fishing, and golf (2 great courses within 15 minutes). Nearby Waipu township has all shops amenities, and numerous cafes and restaurants including the legendry Pizza Barn.
