Description
This beach house is extremely well facilitated with modern appliances and comfortable furnishings and offers plenty of extras ie; 3 x kayaks, 1 x dingy, outdoor sports equipment and room to play! Inside we offer use of games, puzzles, books and DVDs/videos. There is plenty of room for parking and boats as this area offer amazing fishing/diving/seafood. The area is reknown for its coastal DOC maintained walks for all levels of fitness. The beach house is set on 2 1/2 acres amongst mature tropical gardens creating a peaceful and serene environment and is situated below majestic Mount Manaia and has relaxing views over rolling farmland out to the east coast. There is plenty of deckspace and outdoor entertaining areas to soak up the ambience this property has to offer.
You may look after our 2 friendly cats and feed our brown shaver chickens if you wish. Be sure to collect there lovely big eggs!
