This modern home is located on 12 acres of avocados orchard providing comfortable family living, consisting of 2 separate living areas, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is appointed with quality fixtures and fittings and is pleasantly decorated in neutral colours.

The large deck, which is perfect for entertaining, with comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ, which can be easily accessed from both living areas, absorbing the all day sun.

The property is situated in the lovely rural community of Maungatapere, which is ideally located to access all the activities that Northland offers. But if you prefer, then relax in the serenity of living in an orchard environment or maybe taking in the beautiful rural views over Maungatapere from the large deck and living areas whilst reading a book and having a lovely glass of wine.

There is even a well fenced paddock if you are travelling with horses.
