Description
Two bedroom holiday home with a million dollar view of Doubtless Bay. The house was built in 2004. Enjoy spectacular sunsets while you eat dinner on the large outdoor deck. The house is located at the end of dead end road so it is very private. Walking distance to Perihipe or Tokarau beach and a short drive to Matai Bay, KariKari or Rangaputa. Excellent fishing, diving, swimming, hiking, surfing and relaxing! Around the corner from Carrington Reosrt with golf, restaurant and winery at your finger tips! Coopers Beach is a 15 minute drive and Kaitaia is a 25 minute drive.
This is our holiday home that for the past 7 years we have lived in for 5 months a year. We are not using it for the next year so it is up for rent. We love the place and location and trust that you will too.

The house has two bedrooms with one queen bed and two single beds. There is an extra queen mattress that can be used on the floor if needed. The single beds can be made into bunks if you wish to make use of the extra mattress.
