Close to Carrington Golf Resort and Winery. Your own private tracks to the beach. Boats can be launched from the beach for the best diving and fishing.

This house has 3 bedrooms, lounge, modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The house is newly renovated. New LCD TV with Freeview and DVD included with range of DVD's to play. Stereo with MP3 Feed. Off street parking for car and boat. BBQ and outdoor furniture. Local store is fully stocked with food, petrol and liquor. Fresh water lake swimming 10 minutes away. This is a great place to explore no mater what the weather is there is always a scheduled beach close by.
