Reviews
“Amazing, as always. Love staying and always relax here like nowhere else. This place has a really good vibe and you find yourself slowing down and enjoying the moments. Lots of moments to be had with all on offer, with walking, fishing, swimming, etc. Our kids spent everyday mudsliding. Thanks so much, we will be back.

“This is a wonderful retreat with a clean, homely atmosphere and absolutely nothing you needed that wasn’t right there. Only a short drive off the main highway but well away from traffic, absolutely peaceful, good flat road for walking/biking and the surrounding hills are spectacular. It’s worth setting an alarm clock (but you don’t need to, the dawn chorus is sufficient) just to see the river mist streaking vertically skywards as the sun rises. With no light pollution, the stars are brilliant. This lovely place would exceed anyone’s highest expectations, a true Kiwi experience, our group definitely is planning more trips in 2010. Happy Christmas Gwen and thanks for making us so welcome.”
