Summer rates: $120 per night for two people. $25 per night extra adult
$5 per night child.
Winter rates: $115 per night for two people. $20 per night extra adult. $5 per night child

Lovely country home with open plan / indoor, outdoor flow. Deck facing east with sea
views. Alternative outdoor entertainment area for days where weather does not permit deck usage. Lovely kitchen. River handy for Eeling /floundering. 7 min walk to Whakataki beach where you can dive for paua and crayfish. 2 min walk to the local Hotel. 5 minute walk to golf course. 1 hr walk to Castlepoint by road / beach ( 3 mins by car)

There is a three bedroom cottage adjacent to this home which is also available. Ideal for family/ friends holidaying/ getting together.

Other Restrictions:	Please ensure pet droppings are picked up and disposed of before leaving. There are paddock areas for disposal. The adjacent garage can accomodate pets bedding. Rubbish bags are not supplied. There are bins for recycling. If the local rubbish dump is open the day you are leaving, please dispose of rubbish and recyclibles. See information file in the house.
