Description

Eyrie Magic is a new, two storey beach house with a sweeping 180 degree ocean vista, including long range views of the coast north and into 'The Gap' where the surf pumps. Castlepoint also offers surf in the bay, safe swimming for toddlers in the basin, walking tracks to lighthouse and Castle Rock, fishing and diving and its a 10 minute drive to 9-hole golf course. The house features extensive decks at both levels. Upper level contains kitchen, bathroom, lounge, and bedroom 1. The lower level has bedrooms 2-4, living room and bathroom. Sky TV provided.
