Unit 107 Jetty Road Castlepoint
Less than two minutes walk to the sea, reef and basin area. Only five minutes walk to shop and restaurant and a short drive to a nine hole golf course and Whakataki Hotel. The interior of the unit has been repainted and refurbished including a queen bed in bedroom and double divan in lounge. Kitchen appliances include new electric frypan, sandwich grill. electric wok and rangehood. New trellising has been put up on front fence for more privacy. Owners have a beach house on same property.
