Large spacious modern house on three levels overlooking Castlepoint, with spectacular views to lighthouse, Castle Rock and coast north to Cape Turnagain. Beautiful garden, short walk to beach. Two separate living areas each with large deck. House is very well appointed, with ample equipment and excellent facilities.

Castlepoint and nearby areas have many attractions and places of interest. Swimming, surfing, fishing, beach walks, etc. Opportunity to visit owner's nearby bush property with fern gully, stream and waterfall if desired.
