Description

Fabulous beach house located 50 metres from a patrolled swimming/fishing beach. Handy to cafe's and 10 minutes from Foxton township. Beachcombers delight, with miles of sandy dunes to explore. The world acclaimed Bird Sanctuary is a stones throw from the house. All this plus gorgeous river walks, and stunning sun sets.

The house comprises of 2 bedrooms downstairs, lounge, bathroom (with shower and loo), kitchen dining with in door out door flow onto a deck for BBQ's. A second lounge upstairs as well as an extra bathroom and master bedroom with its own deck. Take in the fabulous views from the upstairs deck off the lounge, with a glass or two and relax to the sound of the sea
