Description

The house is located directly across from the beach with an elevated position. Spectacular views from the living areas and from the decking across to Kapiti, the South Island and on a clear day you can see Mt Ruapehu and Mt Taranaki.

Otaki beach provides a safe swimming environment, excellent fishing, and lots of adventures and fun for the kids in the sand dunes. Otaki has a great selection of outlet stores and cafes which are only a short drive from the beach. Otaki also has a golf course, tennis and squash facilities and a gym.

Wellington and Palmerston North are only an hours drive away.

The house is a comfortable three bedroom home with excellent kitchen facilities - double oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room has seating for 8 people which flows through to an open plan lounge area with leather couches and SKYTV. There is extensive decking around the living areas where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views. The bathroom has been modernised with separate shower and bath. The toilet is separate with it's own handbasin. The laundry room has a washing machine, tub and stores the outdoor chairs, skim boards and boogie board.
