The ideal rural retreat. Character c1880 barn recently converted with large studio/living area above and modern kitchen and bathroom below. Situated on the historic Castlehill property overlooking Otaki racecourse and the Kapiti Coast. Alongside native bush that has been included by DOC on the Heritage Register as an area of significant indigenous vegetation. Sea views, glow-worms. Close to Otaki Forks. 2.5m from State Highway 1.Remember this is a converted barn with a mixture of the very old and the new, perhaps a little unconventional. If you are looking for a standard urban motel unit this may not be for you!. A must for those with appreciation of a rural lifestyle
