Minimum stay is 2 nights at $175.00 per night for 2, plus $15.00 extra per person (low season)

Minimum stay 14 December to 31 January is 5 nights at $200.00 per night for 2, plus $15.00 extra per person (high season)

Minimum stay over Easter is 4 nights

Cleaning fee of $50.00 applies to all visitors. Please leave property tidy.

LOA Beach Cottage is a classic Paekakariki, character home offering generous views from The Kaikoura's around to Kapiti Island. Literally across the road from the beach...

Lovely sea views from the lounge and main bedroom and morning sun around the back of the home.

Nice and warm in summer and with 2 heat pumps you can even enjoy a colder evening. Overall a totally relaxing experience.

The home is centrally located between the shops and cafes and Queen Elizabeth Park with the famous Paekakariki Surf Club close by. The park offers magnificent coastal tracks for walking, biking and a jog if you are up for it!

Paekakariki is a small seaside village surrounded by wonderful beaches, parks and breath taking views of the hills, making it an ideal place for everyone to relax. The community is diverse and has attracted artists, writers and actors from around the world.

The village offers cafes, take-aways, a great deli, art and book shops and a gallery. The railway station is only a short stroll making a quick trip to Wellington easy for everyone.
