Description

Located just minutes from the beautiful Paraparaumu and Waikanae Beaches. This well appointed, award winning, executive home is very spacious with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Garage with internal access. Indoor/outdoor living with huge wrap around decked area. Outdoor furniture and two gas barbecues, gas patio heaters, means you can follow the sun on either side of the house.

This property has all the comforts of home, including two ensuites, gas central heating, two lounges and one large open plan kitchen/living area - lots of room for everyone. The outside has been planned with entertaining in mind.

The lounge has a 42" plasma TV and there is also a spa pool to relax in, and a small outdoor pool to enjoy.

The house is set on 3 acres of private outdoor areas, with sheep, goats, alpacas a cow, and a few cats thrown in the mix.

Paraparaumu Beach has swimming and fantastic fishing off Kapiti Island. 45 minutes to the Capital City and Te Papa Museum. Garden tours are often available on the Kapiti Coast. A short drive will provide golfers with four excellent golf courses. A great location for a family holiday, or a relaxing weekend.
