Description

Perfect holiday location on elevated site with 180 degree unrestricted seaviews from the lounge/dining areas & outside deck to Kapiti Island & South Island. On a clear winter's day the snow capped Kaikouras are a treat. If you're really lucky you might get to see the odd Dolphin & occasionally Orca as they feed & pass through the coast/Kapiti Island channel. Fantastic sunsets on clear days. Spacious open plan living/dining area with vaulted ceiling. A short stroll along the beach or roadway to the Village which has a great selection of cafes, restaurants, takeaways & shopping. 1km to golf course.

Please note that the outside living area is terraced & may not be suitable for toddlers. You be the judge.

This is a typical kiwi holiday home. Clean & comfortable and a view is to die for!
