Description
Treat yourself to a dose of Vitamin 'SEA'...Absolute beachfront 1895 cottage anchored right on the beach. As romantic and unique as you will possibly find, with high tide less then 3 metres to your front door! You'll love waking up in the ships 'mezzanine loft master suite' to the sound of lapping water practically beneath your feet. Enjoy a lazy breakfast being mesmerised by the closeness of the ocean or listen to your favourite c.d through the 'bose' stereo. Indulge yourself at night, and gaze at the stars whilst soaking in the piping hot outdoor spa bath suspended above the ocean, and then snuggle up in front of the toasty woodburner and listen to the waves breaking gently against the sea wall. Stroll down the beach to a variety of excellent cafes catering to your culinary needs, or walk 3 minutes to the train station enroute to Wellington city or the Kapiti coast. Designer 'oriental' inspired sunny pebbled garden is particularly sheltered, and perfect for those memorable summer barbeques. Stunning views towards Mana and South Islands complete the package.

“My partner and I found this a stunning place to stay. Over 100 years old, beautifully restored decorated, lovely back courtyard and with a deck & spa right next to the sea. The small house offers more than just accommodation, its a cosmic experience. Anyone looking for something special in Wgtn would struggle to find anything better. Very comfy bed, awesome views, beach on a step away. Loved it.”

“A delightful cottage in a brilliant location with everything provided. The Boat House is an ideal spot to get away from the city. Good local restaurants and walks. Thanks Matthew.”
